These are a really unique cookie- the crushed sweet potato chips add a salty crunchy zing. The peanut butter, cinnamon and nutmeg make them out of this world. One of my most highly requested recipes!

Ingredients
12 Tbs butter, room temperature
2 Tbs peanut butter
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
⅔ cup crushed salted sweet potato chips (I use Terra brand)
1½ cups chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time and continue mixing until well-combined and then add in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add it to the mixing bowl with the other ingredients and mix for 20 seconds on medium speed.
Fold in crushed sweet potato chips and chocolate chips.
Drop dough onto baking sheet by the tablespoonful, leaving adequate room around each dough ball. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are golden.
