3 Cups of sugar 3 Cups of Swan Cake Flour ½ cup of Crisco Shortening 2 sticks of butter 5 large eggs 1 Cup sweet milk 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 1 tablespoon of lemon extract 2 sticks of butter 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 3 teaspoons of baking powder 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 tablespoon of lemon extract 1 teaspoon of orange extract a smidgen of almond

Cream butter, sugar and crisco oil until light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time. Beat for 1 minute each. Sift flour and baking powder together. Then add 1 cup of flour and a little of milk to mix and beat well. Continue until all flour and milk is gone. Add flavoring one at a time mixing well. Pour into a 12 or 15 cup tube pan. Put in cold oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Enjoy!!!
