2 tablespoons Butter 4 Bananas, quartered

Instructions

Place a sheet of nonstick-coated foil on the grill. Melt a small amount of butter and spread. Place the bananas on the foil, and cook, turning once until soft. Serve plain, with a squeeze of lemon, or over ice cream.
