This yummy remake of an old time favorite satisfies the camping bug in my family :)


16-32 depending on your sweet tooth


1 c Sugar ½ c Margarine or butter ⅔ c Evaporated milk 1 Jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème 1 bag of mini Semi sweet chocolate chips 3 oz Unsweetened chocolate squares (chopped) 2 c crumbled Graham Crackers 1 c mini marshmallows 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Line 13x9 inch pan with foil allowing foil to extend over the sides of pan; butter foil. In large saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil slowly stirring constantly to allow the milk to evaporate further and the surface bubbles are thick and close together. About 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow crème and chocolate chips; blend until smooth. Stir in graham crackers mini marshmallows then vanilla. Pour onto buttered, foil-lined pan. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until firm. Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from sides of fudge. Cut into 16 -32 squares depending on your sweet tooth. Store in refrigerator.
