Red, White and Blue Fruit Yogurt Parfaits

A healthy and refreshing dessert or snack.




1- 32 oz container of Vanilla Yogurt 1- 16 oz of Strawberries, quartered 1 -11 oz of each, Blueberries and Raspberries 1 can of whipping cream, optional 4 clear plastic cups. 14 ounce size

If you find lids for your cups, you can assemble them at home and keep them chilled in your cooler, until ready to eat. Strawberry yogurt is another delicious alternative. Mix berries together in a bowl. Add ¼ cup of berries to each cup, then follow with ½ cup of yogurt. Then repeat with berries, yogurt, berries. Add whipping cream and top with fruit.
