- Any cake box mix
- Add one extra egg
- Add one cup of pumpkin filling instead of oil and water
- Add ¼ cup Vanilla or Almond Soy Milk

- Bake as directed while checking for doneness with the toothpick test. Allow to cool.
- Use whipped frosting, add orange dye and/or place small plastic pumpkins on top. Use pretzels for pumpkin stem.
