Cupcakes, pumpkin, holiday halloween treats

Ingredients

  • Any cake box mix 
  • Add one extra egg 
  • Add one cup of pumpkin filling instead of oil and water 
  • Add 1/4 cup Vanilla or Almond Soy Milk

Instructions

  1. Bake as directed while checking for doneness with the toothpick test. Allow to cool. 
  2. Use whipped frosting, add orange dye and/or place small plastic pumpkins on top. Use pretzels for pumpkin stem.
