½ Cup Unsalted Butter 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 Cup Flour, sifted 1 Cup Pecans, ground ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg Confectioner's sugar

Instructions

Cream butter till soft and blend in granulated sugar till creamy. Mix in vanilla. Stir in flour, pecans and nutmeg. Roll dough into small balls and place on a well-greased sheet. Bake at 300 degrees about 45 minutes. Roll in confectioner's sugar while hot and again when cold.
