Peanut-butter pie in a flaky 8" pie crust
4 tblsp. Flour
¾ cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1 tblsp butter
1 teaspoon. vanilla
2 -3 tblsp. Peanut butter

1.Mix flour, sugar and salt.
2.Beat egg yolks with ½ cup milk in small bowl.
3.Simmer remaining milk with margarine.
4.Slowly pour dry ingredients into beaten egg mixture and mix well.
5.Add the flour and egg mixture to the simmered milk and margarine.
6.Increase heat to thicken pudding, sir constantly. When done, remove from heat.
7.Stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Add more peanut butter if desired. Pour into baked pie shell
and chill. Top each slice with whipped topping if desired.
