Ingredients
mini cupcake pan
1 package mini cupcake liners
1 large bag mini peanut butter cups unwrapped
1 package sugar cookie dough mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon. cinnamon (optional)
Red and Green Sprinkles if desired.

Instructions
Prepare Sugar Cookie Recipe according to package directions. Place one scant teaspoon. of cookie dough in mini cupcake liners in mini cupcake pan. Bake 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately place one mini peanut butter cup on top of the cooked cookie and press down until the cookie comes up around the peanut butter cup. Cool for 1 hour until peanut butter cups harden again or place in the freezer or outside until chocolate is hardened again. Remove from mini cupcake pans and store in air tight container.
