Ingredients
1½ cups flour
1 teaspoon. baking soda
Dash salt
½ cup shortening
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon. vanilla
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cream shortening and sugars together. Add egg.
3. Beat in peanut butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Make into balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten with fork.
4. Bake 10 minutes.
