So easy to make and a quick snack, so peanutty. I tried 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup splenda instead of 1 cup sugar and it turned out great.

1 cup Peanut Butter (not the runny kind)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, add the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Roll the cookies into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Flatten with a fork in a hash mark #
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool before removing them from the pan.
Store in tightly covered container.
