12 ozs of semisweet chocolate chips
½ of chocolate syrup
1 cup of butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
2½ cups of all purpose flour
1½ teaspoons of baking soda
½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. With a wooden spoon, stir in the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in the chocolate syrup and chocolate chips. For each cookie dough spoon into a ¼ cup dry ingredients measuring cup level off with a knife. On a greased cookie sheet drop the dough about 2 inches apart. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Then use a spatula to remove the cookies from sheet and place on a plate and serve.
