Nutty Coconutty Tart




1 Tart Shell 2½ Cups Grated Unsweetened Coconut ½ Cup Finely Chopped Pecans 3 Tbs Chopped Cashew Nuts 2½ Cups Sugar 1 Cup Water 1 Tsp Powdered Nutmeg 3 Tbsp Melted Butter ¼ Cup Milk Chocolate Chips. Whipped Cream For Topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a wide skillet & melt the butter Fry the cashew nuts to a light golden brown color. Add the finely chopped pecans & saute for 2 minutes. Add the sugar & water. When it boils & forms a thick syrup, add the grated coconut & the nutmeg. Mix well. When it forms a lump, turn off the heat & add the chocolate chips. Mix well & pour into the tart shell. Bake for 12 minutes Once cooled slice into wedges & serve with the whipped cream on top.
