Bread Pudding: 1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Grease a loaf pan with butter. Place bread pieces into pan. The pan should be filled almost to the top. If not, cut and add more bread. 3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Mix in cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth. 4. Pour batter over bread crumbs. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix in completely. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick or knife comes out clean. 6. Allow to cool. Serve with homemade chocolate sauce. Chocolate Sauce: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine cocoa, milk, and sugar. 2. Place saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. 3. Allow to boil for 1 minute, then bring heat down to low. Simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and allow to cool.
