A family favorite! Easy to make! Great the day you make it but even better made a day ahead!

CRUST: 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened 3 Tbsp. sugar 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs CAKE: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese ½ cup sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon. vanilla TOPPING: 1 cup sour cream 2 Tbsp. sugar ½ teaspoon. vanilla

1.To make Crust: Combine ingredients and pat into a 9x12 inch pan. 2.To make Cake: With mixer or by hand mix ingredients until smooth and pour over crust. 3.Bake exactly 20 minutes in a preheated 370° oven, cool. 4.To make Topping: Mix ingredients well and spread over cooked cake. 5.Bake at 475° for 5 minutes exactly. 6. May be topped with canned pie filling (but great just plain too)
