Ingredients
⅔ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy is fine)
2 cups quick cooking oats
6 tablespoons Cocoa
2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
1 stick butter
Dash of vanilla

Instructions
Boil sugar, milk & butter together for 1 minute exactly. Take off stove and add peanut butter, oatmeal, cocoa and vanilla. Stir with wooden spoon until it starts to harden. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. Once cookies cool – they are ready to eat
