1 graham cracker crumb crust or baked pie shell
1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 21-oz can fruit pie filling (your favorite, or enjoy plain)

In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill for approx. 3 hours. Top with pie filling before serving or enjoy plain. Refrigerate leftovers.
