Mrs. Tipps Fudge Pie

I got attached to my elderly neighbor, Helen, when my Momma passed away. She was so dear to me--if anyone could have filled my Momma's shoes it would have been Helen. This fudge pie recipe is one of my favorite memories of her. My family and friends have enjoyed it so very many times and always with love and respect for her. The pie is so easy and fast to make. I always have the ingredients available and can make at a minutes notice when I have unexpected visitors. Thank you, Helen. I love you.
