Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45min. Or depending on your oven til slightly brown with a shiny sheen. Refrigerate for 4 hours and serve.

Boil sweet potatoes first in water til fork tender, strain and let cool first. Take a food processor and beat potatoes, sugar, butter, spices, vanilla, milk mixture til creamy. Should look yellowish-orange. Add eggs one by one and blend well. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake.
