Apple Pie like grandma made
Five to seven apples (depending on size)
1 tablespoon butter
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup sugar
teaspoon lemon juice
one each two pack Pie Crusts.

Put brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon in mixing bowl and stir until mixed. Cut apples into slices and peal. Slice using Cuisinart Food Processor slicing blade putting apple slices in small round processing tube (if your food processor has this). Mix apples with ingredients in mixing bowl add lemon juice and mix well.
Prepare bottom pie crust in glass pie pan according to directions on package and add apples. Dot with about a total of 1 tablespoon butter. Put on top crust and flute edges. Sprinkle a little sugar on top of crust. Slit crust in at least four places. Put on microwave safe plate and microwave for 15 minutes in 5 minute intervals. Put on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. May have to add 5 minute intervals in oven to get crust golden brown.
