Maple Glazed Peaches

To make this simple fruit dish even more decadent, serve along side vanilla ice cream.

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted ¼ teaspoon sea or kosher salt 4 medium peaches, halved and pitted

In a large mixing bowl, combine the syrup, butter and salt. Add the peaches and toss to coat. Thread the peach halves on the skewers (2 halves per skewer, threaded vertically). Hang the skewers onto the roasting rack as instructed (page TK). Place in the Cuisinart® Vertical Rotisserie and set the temperature to 500°F. Set the timer to 20 minutes. When peaches are finished cooking, carefully remove from skewers. Reserve the juices in the drip pan. To serve: Lay the grilled peaches on a small platter. Drizzle the reserved juices over the tops.
