This is a wonderful recipe that is Diabetic friendly and has tons of flavor. I was sick of missing out on foods that I love and decided to get creative. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 pack Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
1½ Cups Skim Milk
1 pack low fat cream cheese (room temperature)
1 pack Lemonade Crystal Light (pitcher size)

Bake the Pie Crust according to instructions on the package. Mix together pudding mix, milk, vanilla, cream cheese, Crystal Light, and ¼ C. Cool Whip. Poor the mixture in the pie crust and place in the refrigerator, After setting for thirty minutes to an hour, spread cool whip on top of the pie. ENJOY!
