1 cup whole wheat flour ½ teaspoon baking soda 3 tbs cocoa powder, dutch processed or Hershey's European is the better kind to bake with 2 tbs prune puree, or prune baby food puree ⅓ cup margarine, 70% vegetable oil ½ cup granulated Splenda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tbs brown sugar 1 egg 2 tbs 1% milk ⅓ cup chocolate chips, or mini-chocolate chips

Mix top 3 dry ingredients in small bowl - set aside In bigger bowl, mix prune puree, margarine (use at least 70% vegetable margarine), Splenda, vanilla extract and brown sugar until smooth consistency Add egg and beat well Mix in dry ingredients and milk Add chocolate chips - mini chocolate chips disperse better Drop tablespoon full on greased/sprayed cookie sheet Flatten cookies Bake at 375 for 9-10 minutes Cool than enjoy
