yummy lemon curd in a buttery crust
1 cup cold butter
½ cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
optional: my improvisations: lemon & lime zest
2cups granulated sugar
⅓ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
⅓ cup lemon juice

Sift together flour and sugar. Stir all ingredients together until blended. Press into 9x13 baking pan and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl beat together eggs with sugar till thick and blended. Add flour and baking soda and blend. Stir in lemon juice until blended.
Pour lemon mixture over baked crust and return to oven. Bake25 to 30 minutes till golden and custard is set. Remove from oven and sprinkel with powdered sugar. Wait until cool before slicing.
