Lemon Chess Pie

1 9" pie shell, unbaked 1½ c sugar 2 Tbsp white cornmeal 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour 4 eggs, room temperature 4 Tbsp melted butter, slightly cooled ¼ cup milk 1 lemon's rind 1 lemon's juice confectioner's sugar
