Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup instant espresso granules
- 1(14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 24 ice cubes
Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, and boil for about 1 minute, stirring often until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in instant espresso until completely dissolved, pour into bowl, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
- When cool, whisk in condensed milk. Refrigerate until completely chilled. Pour about ½ cup syrup over 1 cup shaved ice or to taste.
