Peaches and Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 9 graham crackers, crushed
• 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 large peach, sliced thin
• 5 ounces peach yogurt
• 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
• 8 ounces whipped topping

Instructions

1. Combine crackers, butter, cinnamon and sugar.
2. Press cracker mixture into a 9 inch pie plate
3. Bake pie plate at 325 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Allow to cool.
4. Spread peach yogurt into the bottom of cooled shell.
5. Layer the peach slices, reserve 3 slices for garnishment.
6. Spoon the vanilla yogurt over the peach slices.
7. Place pie into freezer for 2 hours.
8. Spread whipped topping on top of frozen yogurt
9. Garnish top of pie with peach slices and return to freezer.
10. Remove pie from freezer 4 hours before serving and place in the refrigerator.
