Brownie Ice Cream Dessert

Brownie: 1 half cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 2 cups white sugar 4 eggs 1 cup butter 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup walnut halves Homemade Ice Cream: 2 cups (16 oz) heavy whipping cream, cold 400 ml sweetened condensed milk, cold 1 tsp vanilla extract nutella

Instructions

1. For brownies: melt the butter, add sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and lastly walnuts, give a good mix. Bake in 9×13 inch greased pan for 20-30 mins at 350 degrees fahrenheit. 2. For ice cream: place the condensed milk in the fridge, using mixer, with whisk attachment whip the cold whipping cream on medium-high speed until it forms soft peaks. Turn off the mixer add vanilla then add condensed milk and whisk again till soft peaks. Then refrigerate in an airtight container for about 6-8 hours. 3. Cool the brownie, top it with Nutella and with a desired amount of ice cream and other toppings!
