Ingredients
- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup light corn syrup
- ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder, sifted
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped or chocolate chips
Preparation
- Insert the Stirring Paddle. Add ⅔ cup heavy cream, ⅓ cup each light corn syrup and packed light brown sugar, ¼ cup sifted cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Secure the Cooking Lid with the Steam Cap in place. The cooking time is set to 10 minutes at 250°F on Speed 4.
