2½ cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 cup half & half
2 Tbsp vanilla

Beat eggs at high speed for 8-10 min. to make eggs full & fluffy. Gradually add sugar & salt until well incorporated. Add vanilla & cream. Pour into ice cream canister & fill to ¾ full with whole milk. Freeze according to manufacturer instructions.
