Preheat oven to 350.line a 9x13 pan with foil leaving a 1" overhang. butter foil. in a food processer blend flour, powered sugar cornstarch salt ,cinnamon. add butter process till mixture clumps together. Press onto bottom of pan. Bake about 25 minutes. Prepare topping. sprinkle ½ cups pecans over crust. drop apricot preserves on top of crust. sprinkle topping over bake 25 to 30 minutes. when cool lift foil out of pan and cut. Topping: combine ¾ cup flour and ½ cup packed light brown sugar. cut in ½ cup butter. add 1 cup flaked coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans.
