Apple Crisp is such a go-to dessert for me. It is simple, delicious and it works for breakfast, lunch or dinner! This crisp is perfect for the fall and will satisfy any sweet tooth craving!
6 Granny Smith Apples
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1¼ cups Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Oats
2 cups Flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Peel the apples and slice them into small bite size pieces, approx 1 x 1 inches. Put all the apple pieces into a large pan and sprinkle with the cinnamon, making sure to evenly layer the top of the apples.
2. Mix together the butter, brown sugar, oats and flour and sprinkle on top of the apples.
3. Bake for 40-50 minutes until the top is golden brown. I prefer to serve this with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and a nice glass of white wine!
