2 cups oats
1 cup almond flour
½ cup flax meal
½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. First, grease an 8x8 glass Pyrex dish. Slice peaches and layer in the bottom of the dish. In a bowl, mix well all of the topping ingredients together. It should be a moist texture. Put on top of the peaches and press down with a spatula.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, until juices are bubbling on the sides.
