Need a cobbler that you can have for dessert OR healthy enough to eat for breakfast? Here you go! A tasty, yet nutritious peach cobbler that you can have for a treat, snack, or breakfast and sub out the peaches for apple, blueberries, or nectarines. This is a SIMPLE, Easy-to-make and healthy dish that you will love to gobble up and share with others!

Ingredients

2 cups oats 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup flax meal 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup honey 5-6 peaches

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. First, grease an 8x8 glass Pyrex dish. Slice peaches and layer in the bottom of the dish. In a bowl, mix well all of the topping ingredients together. It should be a moist texture. Put on top of the peaches and press down with a spatula. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, until juices are bubbling on the sides. Enjoy this with coconut milk ice cream!
