Guava Cheesecake

Crust: 1¼ cup of Honey Cracker ¼ cup butter melted Cheesecake: 5 packages of 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 cup of sugar 3 TBSP all purpose flour 1TBSP Vanilla 1 cup of sour cream 4 eggs 1 pound of guava paste

To make the crust: mix the crackers to coarse crumbs in your food processor and add ¼ cup melted butter Prepare a round mold 12x2 and spray this to avoid sticking, bake for 10 to 12 minutes (springform pan is better) When that is ready, thoroughly mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla in your food processor (approx. 5 min) Add the sour cream and the eggs one a time with the pulse button. Put half of this mix in the pan. In your food processor, mix in the guava paste with a little bit of water, giving it a soft consistency. Prepare a pastry bag. Put the guava inside. Make circles inside the pan like a spider pattern. Add the rest of the mix and make thinner spider-like circles Put in bain marie for 1 hour or until the center of the cheesecake comes out clean when you test it. Allow to cool. Put in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hr. If you have any guava left you can make any design on top when you mark the cheesecake, I hope you like this recipe, thanks.
