Gluten Free Pumpkin Bars

Moist yummy easy to make pumpkin bars with a cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients

Bars: 4 eggs 2 c sugar 1 c oil 2 c Bette Hagman's gluten free flour blend 1 teaspoon xanthan gum 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 c pumpkin (15 oz can) Frosting: 4 ½ oz cream cheese (softened) ¾ c butter (softened) 3 c powdered sugar 1½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Bars: Beat eggs. Add sugar & oil - mix. Add dry ingredients - mix. Add pumpkin - mix. Bake in large ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Frost when cool: Cream cheese & butter together, add powdered sugar & vanilla.
