Frozen Summer Pie

This frozen treat is refreshing on a hot summer day, and so easy to make! The cool thing about it is that you can use any flavor of juice concentrate you want. I also always use fat-free ice cream and frozen whipped topping to slim it down.

9 Servings

5 graham crackers 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1 tablespoon sugar ½ can of frozen juice concentrate (any flavor), defrosted 1 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, defrosted 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
