1. Lightly coat the interior of the ceramic pot of the Cuisinart® Slow Cooker with cooking spray. Add rice. Stir in milks and sugar. Scrape in seeds and add pod of vanilla bean. 2. Cover and press the on/off button to turn unit on. Set time for 4 hours and press Low; slow cooker will automatically switch to Warm when cooking time has elapsed. Remove and discard vanilla bean, stir in vanilla extract. 3. Serve warm. Chill leftover rice pudding in a bowl, covered with a sheet of plastic wrap place directly on the surface, to prevent a skin from forming.
