1 box of Philadelphia cream cheese
a pinch of salt
a teaspoonful of pure vanilla
1 can of evaporated milk
1cup of sugar for caramel & 1/2 cup of water

In the blender mix all the ingredients and pour into a 9.5 flute mold that has already the caramel on it. have to be cook for 45min. in a double boiler in the stove. wait until is cool and turn in a serving plate and enjoy.
