Here is an absolutely delicious, easy to make, key lime pie for the sugar conscious.
⅓ cup of boiling water
1 packet of Sugar-Free Lime Jello
2- 6 oz fat-Free Light Key Lime Pie Yogurts (Yoplait)
1 container of fat-Free Cool Whip
1 Reduced fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust (Keebler’s)
1 Medium sized bowl
1 Stirring Spoon or Whisk

Completely dissolve 1 packet of Jello with ⅓ cup of boiling water in a medium sized bowl (stir well). Recipe calls for ¼ cup of boiling water, but it’s better with ⅓ cup. Stir in 2 yogurts. Stir in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust and freeze 2-3 hours. Squeeze fresh lime or Italian lemon on top for extra flavor!
Experiment with other flavors like peach, lemon, cherry or strawberry!
