Easy Summer Pie

Quick & easy! Great for letting the kids help with dessert and the perfect ending for any meal - year round.

2 Ready-to-use Graham Cracker Crusts 1 sm can frozen Limeade (or Lemonade) 1 lg Cool Whip Topping, thawed 1 can Eagle Brand Milk (not evaporated milk) 2 or 3 drops food coloring, if desired

In your mixer, combine Cool Whip topping with Eagle Brand Milk. When creamy, add in the limeade & mix well. Mixture will immediately thicken. Add food coloring, if you want a deeper color. Pour into ready-to-use pie crusts, dividing between the two. Refrigerate until serving time, (better after an hour or two), or freeze. Can also be served frozen!
