1 cup of your favorite peanut butter (not low fat or it will not turn out so well!)
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for a half hour so it hardens a little.
2. Make small balls with s spoon and put on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. keep them an inch apart.
3. Bake at 365 for about 7 minutes, check often so they don't overcook. Should make about 2 dozens. Enjoy!!
