Cream Cheesed Sheet Cake

Very sweet dessert. You only need a small piece!

1c + 2T butter, softened 6oz cream cheese softened 2¼c sugar 6 eggs ¾ teaspoon vanilla 2 1/c cup cake flour frosting mix 1c sugar ⅓c evaporated milk ½c butter ½c semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

In your Cuisinart, cream butter, cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in vanilla. Add flour slowly, mix well. Pour into greased 15 in X 10 in baking pan. Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool completely. Frosting: combine sugar and milk in saucepan; bring to boil over medium heat. Cover and cook for 3 minutes (do not stir). Stir in butter and chocolate chips, stir until melted, cool slightly. Stir and spread over cake.
