Prepared graham cracker crust 6 eggs, separated ¾ cup sugar 1½ lbs. cottage cheese 8 oz. sour cream or yogurt juice and grated rind of 1 lemon ¼ cup flour ¼ teaspoon salt

Blend cottage cheese separately to remove lumps; then blend with egg yolks, sour cream, half of the sugar, and other ingredients. Beat egg whites and remaining sugar until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Bake 1½ hours at 325 degrees. Top with strawberry glaze and fresh strawberries or with other fruit topping.
