Ingredients
1 cup margarine, softened
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs separated
2 cups sifted flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped walnuts
½ cup raspberry jam

Instructions
Mix margarine and sugar. Add egg yolks, flour and salt.
Form into 1 inch balls. Dip in egg white and remove with fork.
Roll in walnuts
Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet
Press centers. Cook 5 minutes.
Press center again. Cook 10 minutes longer.
Cool and add jam.
Oven 375 degrees
