Beat oil, egg, vanilla for 1 minute on med speed Add sugars and beat 1 minute Add melted choc squares and beat 1 minute Combine remaining dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture alternately with the water Beat well after each addition Add sour cream and beat well Bake at 350 for 25 minutes depending on your oven
