1-cup confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1½ cups sifted flour
1-cup rolled oats
1-cup chocolate shot

Add sugar gradually, cream until fluffy
Shift flour with soda, add to creamed mixture.
Add rolled oats, mix thoroughly.
Chill dough in refrigerator for about half an hour.
Shape into rolls about one inch in diameter.
Coat each roll of dough with chocolate shot.
Slice into sections about 3/8 inch thick.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 325º for 20 minutes.
Leave on cookie sheet to cool for 5 minutes then remove to cooling rack.
