Chocolate Mousse

The easiest-creamiest-delicious chocolate mousse you'd ever tried!!




3 chocolate table 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder 2 tablespoons of butter 3 tablespoons of milk 2 cups of cream milk 2 egg whites (if the egg whites are big, and if they don't 3 egg whites) cinnamon

1- You take the 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder with the 2 tablespoons of butter and put it in a small bowl or cup and take it to the microwave for 1:00 min. aprox. or until the chocolate melts. Blend it in the same bowl. 2-You take the 3 chocolate table and the 3 tablespoons of milk and also take that to the microwave for 50 secs. or until the chocolate melt. And blend all in the bowl. 3-In other bowl take the 2 cups of cream milk mix it up with the previous mix all these with a Cuisinart stand mixer machine. 4- Whip the 2 or 3 egg white until "snow point"(means that when you take a little bit of it stays firm) 5- Blend everything and put it on the refrigerator for 45 min. and that’s all!!
