Ingredients
8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tbs flour
½ c sugar
1 tbs cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
4 eggs

Instructions
1. Melt chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla over double boiler. Combine dry ingredients and mix in with fully melted chocolate. Add one egg at a time and beat on high till fully incorporated. Continue to mix on high until batter become light and airy.
2. Grease muffin tin with butter and add a thin coat of cocoa powder. Bake at 357ºF/190ºC for 10-11 min. Makes 12-18 muffins.
3. Best served warm.
