Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (may also use chocolate chips)
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

  1. 1. Insert the Stirring Paddle. Add ⅔ cup heavy cream to the work bowl. Secure the Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place. The cooking time is set for 8 minutes at 205°F on Speed 1.
  2. 2. Add 1 cup chopped chocolate. The cooking time is set for an additional 2 minutes at 160°F on Speed 2 to stir until melted.
