Chocolate cake with Peanut Butter icing

A mild chocolate cake with creamy peanut butter icing.




Chocolate cake 3 cups flour 2 cups flour ½ cup cocoa 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon vinegar 2 cups cold water Icing 3 cups powdered sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1½ tbs softened butter ½ cup softened cream cheese 4 tbs hot water

Cake Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease a 9X13 pan. Mix all ingredients and bake for 25-30 minutes Icing Mix together and whip on high, frost cake when cool
